Student records are highly confidential and access is regulated in accordance with the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and university policy.

Holiday Office Closure

In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, the Office of the University Registrar will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 27 & 28, 2025, and will reopen Monday, December 1, 2025. 

Requests for verifications, official transcripts, and data submitted during this time will be processed starting Monday, December 1, 2025 in the order they were received.

In compliance with these regulations, student data is not released except under circumstances that meet those standards.  Information designated as “directory” is not disclosed for the purposes of solicitations.

The Student Data Request form is available to help communicate specific data needs to our office. Requesters will also need to download the Student Data Request Spreadsheet, list out which data elements are requested, and upload the completed sheet where designated on the Student Data Request form.

This form can also be used by faculty who would like to request information regarding Historical Rosters/Data for course sections they taught prior to Fall 2021.
