Student records are highly confidential and access is regulated in accordance with the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and university policy.
Memorial Day Holiday Office Closure
In observance of the Memorial Day holiday, the Office of the University Registrar will be closed Monday, May 25, 2026. Requests for verifications, official transcripts, and data submitted on that day will be processed starting Tuesday, May 26, 2026, in the order received.
In compliance with these regulations, student data is not released except under circumstances that meet those standards. Information designated as “directory” is not disclosed for the purposes of solicitations.
The Student Data Request form is available to help communicate specific data needs to our office. Requesters will also need to download the Student Data Request Spreadsheet, list out which data elements are requested, and upload the completed sheet where designated on the Student Data Request form.
This form can also be used by faculty who would like to request information regarding Historical Rosters/Data for course sections they taught prior to Fall 2021.
